Trinity Outside is a new seasonal venture from the acclaimed Trinity restaurant, led by Chef India, who has been part of the Trinity team for three years. The concept offers a curated outdoor dining experience featuring fresh ciabatta sandwiches, chips, and soft serve ice cream. Using classical cookery techniques and high-quality ingredients, India has crafted a menu of five core sandwiches alongside weekly specials — bringing Michelin-level precision to casual, handheld dining.

The challenge was to create a handmade, personable brand identity that reflected the care and craftsmanship behind Trinity Outside’s freshly made sandwiches. The design needed to feel approachable and artisanal while maintaining a connection to Trinity’s established reputation for quality.
Solutions
The creative direction focused on authenticity and personality, drawing inspiration from Trinity Outside’s repurposed food truck. The team developed a cohesive visual identity that included a logo, stickers, t-shirts, and food packaging, all designed to communicate the handmade nature of the offering. Repeated motifs and hand-drawn details reinforced the brand’s passion and charm, creating a look that felt both genuine and distinctly “Trinity.”
